Lubrication compound IPS-2 (TU 0257-007-27311679-2007) aimed to modify structure of saline lubrication coatings (borax) to improve the capture of the lubricant and suppress corrosion interoperable.
It is use as an additive in solutions of borax instead of trisodium phosphate. The working concentration between 5-7 g/L. Determination of working concentration is similar to the determination of the concentration of trisodium phosphate.
IPS-2 introduced at Beloretsk metallurgical plant currently.
It is supplу in polypropylene bags of 25 kg.
